As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and report concerns with clear, professional communication. You will support tenants and visitors with a people-first, customer-focused approach while using teamwork, integrity, and reliable follow-through. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and access control requirements at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, building exteriors, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or emergency services as appropriate.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or building systems as assigned, document observed activity, and report irregular conditions to the appropriate contacts.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, including incident reports, patrol documentation, and shift handoffs, using Allied Universal reporting tools and site requirements.
