Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification and/or credentials, directing deliveries and contractors, and maintaining visitor and vehicle logs per post orders.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, communicate shift updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts, and support security-related compliance requirements for an industrial location.
