As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document activity, communicate clearly with site contacts, and support a welcoming experience for employees and visitors. Requirements
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
- Have customer service experience, preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access control points for employees, visitors, and vendors, including checking credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing traffic flow for deliveries and pickups.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifications to site contacts and/or public emergency services, and basic first aid within training.
- Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, radios, and report writing tools, and document patrols, incidents, and observations in a timely manner.
