As an unarmed patrol professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol production and perimeter areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate with onsite teams, document observations, and support a welcoming experience for employees and visitors. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
Customer Service Experience is preferred.
Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points and control entry and exit of employees, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures, including checking identification and/or visitor authorization as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting evacuations, shelter-in-place actions, and/or coordination with on-site management and public responders as directed.
Complete routine reporting such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol findings, and communicate timely updates to supervision and/or site contacts.
