As an unarmed driving patrol officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete vehicle and foot rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and respond to requests with professional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as required and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify unusual conditions such as unsecured doors, suspicious behavior, or equipment issues.
• Monitor access control points and observe camera systems when assigned, assisting with badge checks, visitor management, and/or controlled entry procedures in accordance with location requirements.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and maintenance concerns, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
