This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures and reporting requirements, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, alarms, and property damage, and request additional assistance when needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, check doors and gates for signs of tampering, and assist with visitor direction and after-hours access procedures as assigned.
• Document daily activities and irregularities in written reports and/or electronic logs, including patrol observations, incident details, and follow-up actions, and communicate updates to site leadership.
