As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document activity, communicate clearly with tenants and management, and respond to concerns with a customer-first mindset. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including interior common areas, garages, and exterior perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance, documenting details, and escalating to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor entrances, loading areas, and other designated points for authorized access, verifying credentials and/or directing visitors in accordance with site policies.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management as required.
