Job Description As a Security Officer - Lobby Ambassador in Beverly Hills, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location, you will be the first point of contact for employees and guests, supporting a welcoming lobby experience while assisting with security-related access control. You will check IDs, manage visitor logs and badges, monitor activity at the desk, respond to requests, and communicate concerns to the team. Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Operate the front desk post by greeting and directing guests, verifying access credentials, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining sign-in logs and other required documentation.
• Answer phones and/or monitor communications channels, route calls and requests to the appropriate contacts, and document security-related concerns per site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas using cameras and other access control tools to help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or disruptions within the facility.
