Job Description As a Security Officer - Lobby Concierge in Las Cruces, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at the location, welcoming visitors and assisting with inquiries while maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication, all while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide assistance as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide information related to site procedures.
Document and report security-related incidents, activities, and observations according to Allied Universal standards.
