Job Description As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Flagstaff, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, giving you the chance to respond to alarms, support access control checks, and document observations using site tools while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required; direct deliveries, contractors, and visitors to designated check-in areas and routes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in written reports and electronic logs; communicate pertinent updates during shift turnover.
