Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Hampton, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, supporting mobile patrol coverage and rapid response. You will deliver outstanding customer service, clear communication, and accurate reporting while living our agile, reliable, and integrity-driven culture. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as directed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production or office areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
  • Monitor access points and restricted areas during patrols, checking doors, gates, and barriers, and reporting maintenance concerns and/or irregular conditions through established channels.
  • Complete timely documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes, and communicate key information to the next shift and/or site leadership.
