You will greet employees and visitors, help manage access and visitor logs, answer questions with professionalism, and communicate concerns to the team. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies for an automotive location.
• Greet and screen visitors, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor logs while directing guests to the appropriate departments.
• Answer phones and/or monitor access control systems, assist with employee and contractor check-in, and support delivery and pickup coordination.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating site notifications and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Document security-related observations, incidents, and service requests in written reports and communicate pertinent information to client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
