As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with team members and site personnel, document activity, and deliver customer service with professionalism. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, yards, loading docks, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns per post orders.
- Monitor access points and control entry for employees, contractors, and delivery drivers by checking identification, maintaining visitor and/or driver logs, and directing traffic flow as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency services when required.
- Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate key updates to Allied Universal leadership and site management, and assist with loss prevention and property damage reporting.
