Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet tenants and guests, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly with your team while documenting observations. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Be able to ride a bike for long periods of time preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate areas including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, stairwells, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring access points, and addressing unauthorized entry attempts according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disputes, fire alarms, and/or suspicious activity, and promptly notify the appropriate contacts.
• Complete accurate reports and activity logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate relevant information to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
