Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, helping to maintain a welcoming, professional presence through routine foot and vehicle patrols and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state. You will support access points, observe and report security-related concerns, and deliver people-first service with integrity, teamwork, and an agile, reliable, innovative approach. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and building perimeters; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by checking credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing traffic in lobbies and other public areas as assigned.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical calls, fire alarms, and other building-related emergencies per post orders.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and maintenance hazards using written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate timely updates to site management and/or responding personnel.
