You will support access control, assist visitors and employees, and communicate clearly to document and report concerns. Requirements

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking lots, lobbies, and perimeter routes, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points and building activity, verify identification and/or visitor authorization as required, and document access activity per site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or public response resources as directed.
Complete timely reports of patrols, incidents, maintenance hazards, and/or suspicious observations, and communicate relevant updates to site management and Allied Universal supervision.
