Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.
Greet employees, visitors, and vendors, assist with access and badge-related processes, and help to support visitor management protocols in a professional manner.
Monitor front desk activity, review credentials and/or visitor information, and document security-related incidents, concerns, and unusual activity according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Answer questions, provide directions, and help to support a professional lobby experience within a fast-paced technology-focused location.
