Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior, restricted area violations, and/or policy concerns in accordance with post instructions.
Support security-related operations within an aero and defense location by maintaining awareness of controlled areas, following post orders, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or operational irregularities.
