As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, perform driving patrols as needed, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to resident concerns, and communicate clearly with your team. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site management and/or public emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or dispatch. Complete accurate shift reports and incident documentation, including observations from patrols and any follow-up actions taken. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2+ years of security experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21+ years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of security experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
