You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policy, and report access control issues or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts.
Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with employees and contractors, and following post orders for unarmed patrol assignments.
