About The Position

We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to own and scale revenue at Halliday. This is a hands-on, high ownership role for someone with deep fintech experience who has sold payments or financial infrastructure products. You will be selling our Unified Deposit Solution, providing our customers with a global onramp network, a centralized exchange connector, and cross-chain routing in a single platform. This is a high impact position reporting directly to the CRO. A huge opportunity for rapid career advancement, as you will be part of the Founding AE team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fintech, with a strong track record as a closing AE
  • Competitive team player, high energy, strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
  • Experience selling payments, financial infrastructure, or adjacent fintech products
  • Proven ability to sell technical products to both technical and business buyers
  • Strong judgment, executive presence, and deal ownership
  • Enterprise Sales Mentality employing a framework such as MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, Consultative Selling
  • CRM proficient: Comfortable managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with crypto, blockchain, or Web3 products or customers
  • Experience selling APIs, developer tools, or platform products
  • Prior experience as a founding or early AE

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
  • Build, manage, and forecast pipeline
  • Lead high-quality discovery and tailored demos with senior, technical and business stakeholders
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product direction with Halliday’s product team.
