Based in Toronto and operating across North America, FundThrough’s AI-powered invoice funding platform gives B2B businesses fast, customized funding offers to get their invoices paid in a few days, rather than a few months, and get quick access to cash they’ve already earned.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B Financial Services, with direct ownership of a portfolio or book of business.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue, retain accounts, and influence outcomes across teams while managing client relationships commercially.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with portfolio metrics like funding volume, utilization rates, revenue trends, and risk indicators.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct authority (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn the mechanics of invoice funding, credit, and working capital

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, invoice factoring, working capital, or other commercial lending environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio performance, driving growth, client engagement, and addressing at-risk accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships, conduct reviews, and proactively address churn risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes effectively.
  • Monitor risk signals and act early to mitigate potential challenges.
  • Ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate records, and provide client feedback to improve processes.
