Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in managing Video and Performance advertising campaigns with Google Ads, DV360, or a similar product.
  • Proven success in optimizing products and services based on client needs.
  • Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about a customer's business challenges and a willingness to help them achieve positive outcomes.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and building sustained growth over time.
  • Ability to troubleshoot potential issues and articulate problems with internal groups.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve business goals by partnering with Home and Consumer Services advertisers and cross-functional teams (Account Executives, Analytical Leads, Product Specialists) to translate client business challenges into high-performing marketing solutions.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build comprehensive knowledge of Google Advertising products to translate technical features into high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Act as a culture add by bringing perspectives that elevate the team’s ambition and drive meaningful business results.
