Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required with course studies in principles of Accounting and intermediate Accounting
• Two to three years of experience required
• Candidate must have strong computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Excel, Abra, Crystal Reports. and Exact Software Macola

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Accounting preferred
• CPA candidate preferred

Responsibilities

• Closing the books monthly while reviewing and preparing journal entries
• Reviewing and preparing account reconciliations
• Assisting in the year-end audit
• Assisting in Accounts Payable and Payroll functions
• Preparing, reviewing, and recording contractuals and write-offs
• Assisting in the other Accounting department duties when requested by the Assistant Coordinator and Controller
• Creating numerous internal and external financial reports
