As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Individual & Family Plan pricing across multiple markets—blending analytical rigor, regulatory insight, and innovative thinking. From developing sophisticated pricing models and evaluating emerging trends to partnering cross functionally and leveraging AI enabled analytics, this role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions while continuously improving how actuarial work gets done. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
