-Oversee the weekly collection of employee timesheets and expense submissions, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant with company payroll standards. -Enter and properly code time in SAP/ADP systems based on assigned projects. -Gather service reports and supporting documents from employees and customers, organize them by project for billing purposes, and assist in resolving any inconsistencies. -Coordinate travel arrangements for field staff, including booking transportation and lodging with the company credit card, and allocate all related expenses to the appropriate job. Keep staff scheduling information current and organized. -Maintain ongoing communication with field personnel, the service office, and the Service Manager following established internal guidelines. -Support the onboarding process for new hires by securing required documentation and ensuring they receive the proper training, uniforms, and equipment. -Issue and track company equipment and assets assigned to the service office, ensuring everything is maintained safely and in proper working order. -Regularly utilize Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate strong communication, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and basic math skills. -Follow all company and customer safety guidelines and procedures. -Keep up-to-date records of employee training, including quality‑related coursework. -Provide administrative and clerical support to branch staff as needed and assist with special projects initiated at the branch, district, or corporate level. -Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned.
