Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible roles.
  • Demonstrated compliance experience , with a strong understanding of policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced Excel expertise , including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset/skillset- (create, extract & interpret large amounts of data into usable reports.
  • Ability to present meaningful insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail , ensuring accuracy and high‑quality deliverables.
  • Rebate processes in addition to general compliance knowledge.
  • Strong time management skills, thriving in deadline‑driven roles and fast‑paced environments.
  • Solid understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and best practices.
  • Experience with rebate processes , complemented by a strong foundation in compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track compliance of placement agreements and capital purchase contracts against performance terms
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to measure contract adherence and performance metrics for capital programs
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization in contract utilization
  • Partner with procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams to interpret contract language and performance obligations.
  • Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to improve contract compliance and vendor performance.
  • Create, distribute and maintain reports for the field sales organization to drive vendor performance such as ad hoc data reports, including sales history, outstanding balances, rebate status, and program participation
  • Investigate discrepancies between actual performance and contract terms; escalate issues and assist with resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails related to contract analysis and compliance findings.
  • Support strategic sourcing and negotiation efforts with performance analytics.
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing and Analytics team to support ongoing improvements and updates to data dashboards, internal tools, and reporting templates.
  • Implement order management process with Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems (JJHCS) business partners to ensure timely order entry accuracy and efficiency on all capital equipment hardware, software, and service, third party equipment, and relevant disposables orders.
  • Support accurate rebate calculation processes, validate eligibility, compile supporting documentation, and coordinate with Finance and Contracts for execution and audit readiness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across all commercial programs and support process improvements to increase transparency and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on evolving business needs.
