The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle The Senior Analyst, Direct Marketing and Reporting sits within the Prospect & Key Platforms arm of the Prospect, Partner & Customer Growth Team (i.e. the Performance Marketing arm of USCS). This person will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Proprietary Cobrand Direct Mail campaigns, as well as supporting the monthly forecasting and channel-level reporting to ensure health of the channel.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years Experience
  • BA/BS preferred

  • Prior Consumer marketing experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end channel management of Proprietary Cobrand Direct Mail campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and compliance rigor
  • Management of monthly R&O forecast for the channel, as well as the yearly Bottoms Up Plan
  • Own channel-level reporting to deliver key insights on health of the channel and opportunities for growth
  • Oversee creative development of packages, developing an impactful test curriculum and meaningful merchandising
  • Build strong relationships across US Consumer Marketing (USCM) as well as key partner teams
