The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle The Senior Analyst, Direct Marketing and Capabilities sits within the Prospect & Key Platforms arm of the Prospect, Partner & Customer Growth Team (i.e. the Performance Marketing arm of USCS). This person will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Platinum Direct Mail campaigns, as well as to support the launch of new capabilities to evolve the channel into the next generation.
