About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Specialty Compliance and Ethics Regulated Waste (Regulated Waste Compliance). The Senior Analyst for Regulated Waste Compliance will implement, maintain, and improve upon established safety programs. Reporting to the Director, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, you will maintain core Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) processes and work with outside partners to ensure process enhancements, improvements and updates are developed, implemented, and applied in a manner to ensure ongoing process functionality. You will create and distribute reports on a routine basis tracking the status of several Environment, Health & Safety metrics, and projects. Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments.
  • Manage external vendors and service providers for tires, batteries, and oil.
  • Assisting in representing the company with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and external organizations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Managing the implementation of compliance initiatives (for example, store claims processing, storm water fees, waste minimization) aligned with the department's strategic cross-functional risk identification and assessment procedures.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
