This position reports to the Head of Application Science and is part of the Product Management team and will be an on-site role in Loveland, CO; Indianapolis, IN or Miami, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in high-complexity flow cytometry assay development and data analysis.
  • Experience with Spectral flow cytometry.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including customer, cross-functional team meetings, and international travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with imaging flow cytometry is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or collaborations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support application development and launch Including Experiments design based on user workflows—internally and with external collaborators in academia and industry.
  • Enable customer & field associates worflows with product workshops, training, as well as demo concepts tailored to different customer need
  • Lead application and product communication internally and externally as a subject matter expert
  • Manage the applications lab and ensure equipment is maintained and ready for testing and demos adhering to company policies and procedures.
