The Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing team is one of the key stakeholders responsible for telling the story of our culture—crafting how we introduce ourselves as a preferred workplace to existing and future candidates, designing digital experiences and hiring programs that honor the human side of job seeking, amplifying authentic employee voices, and using data-driven insights to shape seamless candidate journeys that enable and inspire the right talent to join in. Reporting to the Associate Director, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing, the Senior Associate will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives from content creation and campaign execution to candidate-facing experiences across social, digital, and recruitment marketing platforms. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications & Responsibility, Corporate Brand, and Legal & Regulatory colleagues to ensure our employer brand is activated clearly and consistently across every candidate touchpoint.
