Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and engage new clients through targeted outreach and research.
• Client Partnership & Advisory: Build consultative relationships and position Nobilis as a trusted hiring partner.
• Deal Strategy & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle and close agreements that support long-term success.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution: Oversee end-to-end recruiting, ensuring smooth interviews and successful placements.
