Requirements

  • Demonstrated success closing large, multi-year, high-revenue agreements
  • 8–12+ years of experience in senior business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Experience working with architectural firms, luxury real estate developers, construction, or landscape-related industries preferred
  • Strong expertise in pricing strategy, quote preparation, and contract negotiation
  • Proven ability to structure and manage incentive-based partnership programs
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop wholesale and back-end partnership agreements aligned with volume and longevity.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure high-value, long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Design and present structured pricing, rebate, and referral incentive programs in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and negotiate detailed quotes, contracts, and pricing proposals.
  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for key partners and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level decision makers.
  • Entertain and host partners through approved business development activities, events, and site visits.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure deal viability and execution.
  • Track partner performance, contract compliance, and incentive programs.
  • Monitor market trends within architecture, luxury real estate, and landscape-related industries to identify growth opportunities.
