About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in new business acquisition, with a strong track record as a sales hunter in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience selling technology-based solutions, ideally within advertising, media, content creation, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong CRM proficiency, with the ability to manage pipeline forecasting, sequencing, and account tracking effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly to senior decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise account acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and engaging key decision-makers across target organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate revenue growth and expand buying departments within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, positioning solutions as a strategic value driver.
  • Manage the full early sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through first purchase and successful adoption.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning within CRM systems, ensuring consistent sales activity and reporting.
