About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Commercial Banking’s Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Business Management team, reporting directly to the Business Execution Director. This role is designed for a self‑starter with strong analytical and technical skills who is naturally inquisitive, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys turning complex business questions into clear, executive‑ready insights. In addition, the Senior Business Execution Consultant will play a critical role in leading the execution of cross‑functional business initiatives across all SCF products, including Inventory Finance, Channel Finance, and Global Receivables & Trade Finance (GRT). In this role, you will: Lead execution of cross‑functional initiatives across SCF products by partnering with product, operations, risk, technology, and control teams to deliver against strategic business priorities. Act as a self‑directed owner of workstreams, proactively identifying issues, asking the right questions, and driving solutions without needing detailed direction. Perform rigorous business, operational, and strategic analysis, leveraging data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps. Develop executive‑level recommendations and communicate them clearly and persuasively, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint-based storytelling tailored for senior leadership audiences. Translate strategy into action by driving business execution, including initiative planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and follow‑through to ensure results are delivered. Bring an inquisitive mindset to problem-solving—challenging assumptions, validating facts, and continuously looking for better, simpler, and more effective ways of working. Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost‑effectiveness of solutions, while managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives. Support initiatives spanning strategic growth, risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and customer experience, adapting quickly as business priorities evolve.

Requirements

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
