About The Position

Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across interconnected systems. Develop, maintain, and enhance process documentation to ensure clarity, adoption, and sustainability. Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify relationships between business processes, integrations, and technical design. Build strong, collaborative relationships with Finance, PMOs, IT, and other key stakeholders. Lead governance meetings and provide guidance to project and portfolio leaders. Serve as a thought leader, inspiring teams to new ways of working and continuous improvement. Adept at identifying program/project risks and opportunities. Mentor and coach program team members on business process essentials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, or Enterprise Transformation.
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives across multiple functions.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% travel to BSC sites
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience with business process documentation, Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies, change management, and enterprise governance; formal training in process improvement
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority.
