Our mission is simple and unwavering: Improving Lives with Precision Diagnostics ® We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (ERP) to serve as an internal subject matter expert and technical lead for Invivoscribe’s Oracle Fusion ERP system, with particular focus on the Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules. This role drives process improvement and provides technical expertise, process analysis, reporting support, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to help maximize the value of the ERP platform and align with evolving business needs.  Working closely with functional stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendor partners, the Senior Business Systems Analyst (ERP) will support ERP configurations, reporting, user management, quarterly system upgrades, and ongoing system enhancements. Headquartered in San Diego, with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, Invivoscribe develops and manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of molecular and flow cytometry assays, reagents, controls, and bioinformatics tools under ISO 13485 design control. Our products and services support more than 700 clinical laboratories in over 160 countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field of study and, typically, 5+ years of relevant experience supporting ERP systems in a business systems, functional analyst, or technical lead role.  Knowledge of regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, QSR) is advantageous.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly preferred; experience with other major ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday) will be considered with strong transferable skills.
  • Advanced functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Project Management modules.
  • Solid understanding of ERP architecture, data structures, reporting tools, and integration points.
  • Hands-on experience with query tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools) and report development.
  • Experience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, and/or major enhancement projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary technical expert for Oracle Fusion ERP support, configuration, reporting, and system health.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into documented technical requirements, configurations, and reports/dashboards within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Serve as a key leader in coordinating quarterly Oracle Fusion ERP upgrade cycles and system enhancements, driving risk assessments of vendor-provided changes, guiding testing and validation activities, and contributing to change control documentation efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure ERP changes and enhancements are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal validation procedures, contributing to audit readiness.
  • Provide internal front-line support for ERP issues raised from ERP Analysts and business users and manage escalation of complex issues to outside third-party support, as needed.
  • Collaborate with functional departments to proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to streamline ERP workflows and business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions including standard reports, ad hoc queries, dashboards, and KPI monitoring.
  • Support data integrity, user access governance, and compliance with applicable internal controls and quality standards.
  • Participate in data migration, system integration, and system validation activities as needed.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior ERP analysts and power users.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and training materials.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of potential vendors, systems and services.
