As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll lead the way in managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional care and solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Take the lead in the renewal process, working closely with the Production team to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
  • Help secure existing business and drive growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to expand services.
  • Collaborate with team members to support branch priorities.
