THE ROLE We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Client Partner to function as the principal commercial lead for a portfolio of our largest strategic key accounts. In this role, you are directly responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving expansion targets within your book of business. You will serve as a trusted advisor, navigating complex business challenges to build positive outcomes that benefit both Smartly and our partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of Experience: Extensive background in the SaaS, ad-tech, or mar-tech industries with a demonstrated record of success managing elite strategic accounts.
  • Proven Performance: A documented history of meeting and exceeding significant revenue quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Leadership Gravitas: A natural ability to lead, organize, and run a key account team while inspiring cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
  • Technical Agility: A high degree of product curiosity and the ability to master an expansive, AI-powered suite to effectively sell to both C-suite and end-users.

Nice To Haves

  • Platform Mastery: Strong experience with Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, etc.) is seen as a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Architecture: Own and achieve a high-level revenue growth goal, focusing on strategic expansion through the increased adoption of platform capabilities and AI-driven services.
  • Executive Influence: Cultivate and maintain deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior executives and C-level decision-makers to build broad-based advocacy for Smartly.
  • Commercial Strategy: Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for your accounts, including precise revenue forecasting, target setting, and pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Rally internal product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders around key customer initiatives to ensure the delivery of unified, world-class solutions.
  • Ecosystem Alignment: Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to co-author strategic account plans and align objectives with external ad agencies, creative, and data partners.
  • Strategic Feedback Loop: Synthesize customer needs and market trends to influence internal product roadmaps and business strategy.
