What the Role Entails ● Execute effective community strategies for Level Infinite brand creating community relevant messaging that generate excitement and engagement from followers/users ● Take ownership of day-to-day community responsibilities for brand ecosystem content portfolio ● Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and partner studio teams to shape the community messaging strategy and develop effective campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints ● Support the development of regional and global community strategies across all social media and community channels ● Collaborate with internal community teams, developers, and marketing partners regionally and globally to maximize effectiveness of social media channels ● Source and manage external community management agencies to drive successful campaigns across community social media channels

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in Community and Social Media Management in the videogame and entertainment industries
  • In-depth knowledge and understand of social media management tools and backend infrastructure
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive to completion
  • Passionate, committed, self-starter with high levels of initiative, energy, ownership, urgency and a sincere willingness to learn from global team members at all levels.
  • Able to work under pressure and find solutions to multiple and varying needs.
  • Versatile project manager able to drill down into detail and clearly think through project timelines & interdependencies
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills with an ability to build productive relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
