About The Position

The Senior Consultant will perform complex evaluations and design processes for management and performance issues, providing direction on projects related to training program support.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of progressively responsible experience as an expert in a scientific, professional, or technical field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in automated word processing, graphics, and desktop publishing systems.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field; advanced degree may substitute for expertise evidenced by publications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in government consulting or emergency management.
• Leadership in moderately complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and systems.
• Direct or assist in analysis, reports, and presentations.
