This is a temporary role, with an expected duration of 12 months. Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Our Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L) team partners with clients across the organization to design and deliver leadership and learning programs, develop talent strategies, and enhance employee experiences that support our future-focused workforce. We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant, Leadership Development that has a passion and proven track record in delivering leadership development programming with measurable success. They will enhance the leadership capabilities, culture, and accountability through design and delivery of leadership development programs. They will support as well as partner with our colleagues across the organization to continuously improve the overall employee experience through leaders. This role is an in‑office position (5 days per week) based at our downtown Toronto location. Our OD&L team is highly collaborative, and much of our work benefits from in‑person co‑creation, relationship‑building, and hands‑on partnership with leaders across the organization. We offer flexibility in start and end times while maintaining core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for shared availability across HR. Why Join Metrolinx?
