These Communities provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience. Information about the responsibilities for this role can be found below: Leads project management and implementation of assigned executive projects. Coordinates resource availability, project planning, and assignments for assigned executive projects. Administers, analyzes, implements, and tracks improvement initiatives for assigned projects. Engages leadership to design and implement continuous analytical and process improvement across assigned projects. Acts as the leadership representative and subject-matter expert for all projects, communities, and teams related to/reporting to the respective executive leader. Supports the training and onboarding of new Community Support Consultants and provides backfill services as needed.
