These Communities provide support across The Resource Group solution offerings to strengthen business continuity, increase growth, and enhance customer experience. Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

• A Master’s degree
• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)

Responsibilities

• Leads project management and implementation of assigned executive projects.
• Coordinates resource availability, project planning, and assignments for assigned executive projects.
• Administers, analyzes, implements, and tracks improvement initiatives for assigned projects.
• Engages leadership to design and implement continuous analytical and process improvement across assigned projects.
• Acts as the leadership representative and subject-matter expert for all projects, communities, and teams related to/reporting to the respective executive leader.
• Supports the training and onboarding of new Community Support Consultants and provides backfill services as needed.
