About The Position

All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship. Position Overview Riverside Research is seeking a part-time Contracts Specialist for our Beavercreek, Ohio Office. He/She will be responsible for cradle-to-grave experience with Federal Contracts, Grants, Commercial Products, Subcontracts and Procurement related activities. The ideal candidate should have proposal cost volume and day-to-day experience in the full range of contracts and require independent judgment and identification, analysis and resolution of significant issues. He/She should have knowledge of the ever changing and developing Government Contracting environment.

Requirements

• Strong Integrity, Ethics
• Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly recognize risk elements in business transactions
• Strong interpersonal/communication/written skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or experience in lieu of degree
• 8 years of progressive experience in contracts administration
• Knowledge of and experience with FAR, DFARS, other agency supplements, Commercial Products and applicable U.S. laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office Products
• Experience in Deltek/Costpoint for Contracts, Procurement and reporting

Nice To Haves

• MBA a plus
• No clearance required but prefer TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

• Contract/Procurement Management Experience in all areas and phases of Government Contracts; Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements, Proposal Preparation, Cost Volumes, Pricing, Negotiations with Customers and Close-outs
• An Understanding of FAR, DFARs and CMMC requirements
• Experience with Commercial Products and Reseller agreements, to include FAR Part 12
• Proven skills in risk identification and mitigation
• Strong understanding of DCMA compliance requirements
• Ability to work with Business/Program Manager Partners
