About The Position

Your Opportunity as the Senior Coordinator, Facilities Help keep our Orrville Corporate campus running smoothly—supporting everything from building operations and special events to R&D spaces and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with a dynamic, team‑oriented facilities group, work closely with internal partners and vendors, and see the direct results of your work across campus. Location: Orrville, OH Work Arrangements: 100% onsite In this role you will: Support in office workstation moves and repairs for employees Provide coordination for maintenance requests Support set up for onsite special events & meetings inclusive of room arrangements (chairs, stages, podiums etc.) Lead internal deliveries including box truck responsibility Coordinate with 3rd party housekeeping and maintenance contracted staff as needed Oversee and support any building repairs and/or inspections Assist in organization and assignments of corporate and offsite storage facilities Collaborate with groundskeeping and mailroom functions as needed Stay connected with our Sustainability team to ensure alignment to various goals/initiatives What we are looking for: Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of construction trades and disciplines Valid Ohio Driver’s License Strong Capabilities with Microsoft tools and applications require Experience coordinating with third party contractors Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role: Strong sense of cooperation and collaboration in a team environment Passion for serving customers and teammates Ability to lift 70 pounds Ability to spend majority of the day on your feet Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, communicate clearly and meet deadlines Consistent follow-up and follow-through Sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together. Requirements
