About The Position

Drive the growth and cultural resonance of the Creators roster by identifying, recruiting, and managing multi-faceted digital talent at the intersection of sports and the creator economy. This is a high-impact role for a sharp operator on the cusp of becoming an agent; you will not just support, but own the execution of brand-building initiatives and partnership workflows. Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance talent relations, monitor emerging industry shifts, and aggressively hunt for new business opportunities that scale our clients' reach and relevance.

Requirements

  • 3 Years of Agency Experience: Proven experience in talent management or influencer marketing, specifically having moved the needle for creators in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agent-in-Waiting Mindset: A sharp, hungry operator who understands the "hunt" and is ready to transition from campaign execution to high-level talent representation.
  • Advanced Platform Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the business and consumer side of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Twitch, Kick and Facebook.
  • Pulse on the Culture: Deep familiarity with emerging media platforms and their application in the sports and "hybrid athlete" space.
  • Systems Obsession: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex operational workflows and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High Emotional Intelligence: A proven ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with high-profile talent and corporate partners.
  • Professional Discretion: The ability to handle sensitive contract details and confidential information with absolute integrity.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from creators to C-suite executives.
  • Agility & Travel: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends) and travel approximately 20% of the time, often on short notice for talent activations.
  • Sound Judgment: The ability to anticipate problems, manage expectations, and exercise elite judgment under the pressure of live events.

Responsibilities

  • Own Talent Identification & Growth: Lead recruitment efforts across the "hybrid athlete" and creator landscape, specifically focusing on sports, subject matter experts, and streamers to ensure our roster remains the most relevant in the space.
  • Architect Brand Partnerships: Move beyond coordination to help design and pitch innovative programming for brand partners (e.g., Footlocker, Nike, Adidas, AT&T) that aligns with each creator’s unique "voice" and style.
  • Operational Hub: Lead the internal business backbone by managing Monday.com boards to track FEAs (Fully Executed Agreements), outstanding payment logs, and partnership deliverables with total precision.
  • High-Level Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with the Talent division to manage and enhance relationships across external agencies, production partners (like Uninterrupted/Robot), and brand stakeholders.
  • Event & Activation Lead: Support the design and execution of on-site programming at culturally relevant events (Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Weekend, Final Four) to foster engagement and strengthen talent-brand connections.
  • Legal & Ops Integration: Partner with Talent legal and accounting teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and financial tracking for all new and existing talent.
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay chronically online to identify emerging platforms and social trends, regularly presenting "under-the-radar" creators and content formats to leadership.
  • Strategy Reporting: Provide regular, high-level updates to leadership on client-related activities, market dynamics, and competitive workstreams.
  • Venture Support: Collaborate across departments to enhance and grow clients’ personal ventures, from subscription businesses to PPV event scaling.
