JOB SUMMARY: Provides support to Team Members and leaders in person, by email, chat, and phone. Responds to inquiries related to Talent & Culture programs, events, policies, procedures, and transactions while delivering exceptional service. Coordinates global recognition programs and property-wide engagement activities. Manages logistics for training scheduling, space allocation, orientation materials, training setup, and Team Member scheduling. Maintains Talent Development databases, tracks supplies within budget, and supports overall team operations. Inputs and maintains training data, reports, and rosters.
