About The Position

XPEL is seeking a Senior Creative Manager to lead and oversee our Graphic Design and Multimedia Production team. This role is responsible for managing the entire creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring that all visual and multimedia content aligns with XPEL’s brand identity and strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong background in graphic design, multimedia production, brand management, and digital content creation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field .
Minimum 7+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in a B2C or automotive industry setting.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other multimedia production tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including digital and print design, branding, and multimedia production.
Proven experience leading a team of designers and multimedia specialists.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong understanding of current design trends, digital marketing, and social media strategies

Nice To Haves

Experience in video production, animation, and motion graphics is a plus.
Passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of automotive protection films is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the Graphic Design and Multimedia Production team to develop high-quality creative content across multiple platforms.
Oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution of all creative projects, including branding, packaging, digital assets, video production, and marketing materials.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing, sales, and communication materials.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to create compelling visual content that enhances customer engagement and brand awareness.
Drive innovation in creative content by staying ahead of industry trends, design advancements, and emerging multimedia technologies.
Manage workflows, timelines, and budgets for all creative projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee external creative partners, including agencies, freelancers, and production companies , to execute high-quality campaigns and content.
Ensure all creative assets align with XPEL’s strategic vision , reinforcing the company’s leadership in the automotive protection industry.
Analyze the performance of creative assets and provide recommendations for optimization based on data insights.
Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
